FilterMania Limited was founded by Managing Director Lee Haidarovic, who grew up immersed in the Plant, Construction, and Agriculture markets. From a young age, Lee developed a deep interest in all things “Off-Highway,” inspired by his family’s diverse businesses, which included plant sales, equipment hire and repairs, construction equipment spares, and the global import and export of machinery and serviceable parts.

After completing his Business and Finance degree at university, Lee was invited to join one of the family businesses as a director. Leveraging his academic knowledge, he implemented innovative strategies that contributed to the company’s growth and success.

In 2001, driven by a desire to create something of his own, Lee identified a niche market opportunity that was not fully utilized. This led to the creation of FilterMania Limited, a one-stop shop dedicated to meeting all filter, oil, and battery needs for the Plant, Agriculture, and Marine industries. Lee’s vision was to provide a specialized retail outlet that combined quality products with exceptional customer service, and FilterMania has been delivering on that promise ever since.
